Can I change my size/shipping address after I order?
No to make sure our customers get their order as fast as possible we do not allow any last minute changes to address and/or size. Please make sure to double check before placing your order.
Why does my order say its still in transit and not on the way to me?
As soon as you place an order from our factory in Asia it is shipped within 24-72 hours. It takes a few days to arrive to the Hub in the country you are in. Please be patient as it should show/be delivered to you in the time frame you selected when checking out
How long does shipping take?
When checking out you will have the choice of different shipping options. The amount of days it says on the option is the amount of days it will take.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we currently ship in all major countries. If your country is not available please email us at support@369losangeles.com
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit, refund, or exchange for any returned merchandise.
Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable).
All returns initiated will be subject to a 30% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing.
We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the following address:

Once you've mailed us back the return please email us at support@369losangeles.com with your tracking and you reason for return.
Once the package is received, our warehouse will inspect the return if it is in the same condition it was sent in we will process the return, and you will be notified via email.
What If I received the wrong item?
Say if you ordered a hoodie and got a shirt or vice versa or the wrong design etc. Please notify us asap so we can send you the proper item at no additional cost to you. Please email us at support@369losangeles.com
